America, How I Love You!

Our July 4th so was amazing!  The day started with an amazing worship service at church. It was so amazing to see so many men in our congregation that had given a part of their lives serving our country.  Thank you to our current service men and women and to our vetrans that have led the way!

Batman and I were itching for a fireworks show to take Avery to.  This is her 3rd Independence Day and she has yet to see fireworks! Due to the rain we were unsure if there would be any shows!  Batman put his superhero internet searching skills to use and found us a fireworks show!

We made it to our destination and lucky for us there was some live music.  Avery entertained us with some of her own moves!

This is where I have to interject a comment about my photography skills- or lack thereof.  Don't worry, that isn't fireworks smoke around Avery.  That's me now quite knowing how to use my camera in the dark.

When the music stopped Avery would say "Dat a good song!"  "I try again!"

She loved dancing to the music and Batman and I enjoyed watching her!

Finally the show!

The pictures don't do the show justice!

That's Avery not liking the loud noises too much.

Don't worry, that's not a light saber attacking my loves.

All in all, it was a perfect ending to a perfect day.  Church, fun in the rain, and a big fireworks show just for us! It doesn't get much better!

More adventures to come!

I love it! Even though the pics are a little hard on the eyes ;-) j/k . . . they're pretty good for night shots!
